It even offers a B.SC(Hons) in Environmental and Water Technology, a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, and a Diploma in Clean Energy Management, thus justifying its mention in GallonDaily!

However, according to an article in the Western Daily Press newspaper, the university is nothing more than an empty office.
